SWEDGE Polyaxial, Reduction, and MIS Screw Features

Titanium and COCR tulip design offers less run-on-rod, along with a diameter and height consistent for all screw diameters up to and including iliac bolts
COCR screws available for lower profile, for a smaller footprint and stiffer walls, resulting in less run on the rod and reduced splay
Innovative four-rod capability in a single-screw tulip with one-step locking cap
Interchangeable rods in one tulip (4.75mm, 5.0mm, 5.5mm, and 6.0mm rods)
Elliptical screw cuts increase angulation in four locations, parallel and perpendicular to rod axis (60 to 70% cone angle)

MIS and reduction screws are available in a titanium head and double lead cortical cancellous thread patterns.

Cannulated screw options starting at 5.5mm are available upon request for all screw options and thread forms.

Our polyaxial open screws are available in both a COCR and titanium tulip head with multiple thread options (cortical cancellous and double lead).

MIS screws are available in 5.5, 6.5, 7.0, 7.5, 8.0, and 8.5mm diameters and up to 55mm in length. All screw options longer than 55mm are available upon request.

Screw diameters starting at 9.0, 9.5, 10.0, 10.5, 11.0, 11.5, 12.0, and 12.5 are also available upon request.
